I'm not sugesting to release THE server program, just a 'lite' version that has nothing in common with tranquility except leting people join that test solar system. This should never be made to connect to the main servers (gaming or testing alike)...

Simple solution: The testing solar system not completely offline. It should allow others to join. This shouldn't create problems 4 CCP cause it's only one system.
